We just received a good sized delivery of Shell Cordovan in color ‘Dark Cognac’ from Horween and will finalize how to use it this weekend. I am thinking a Balmoral boot or adding this to one of the Chukka’s we stock…..or maybe a handstitched split-toe shoe model.

I am usually not a fan of spli-toe design ,but these look very nicely stitched and handsome.

I’m a fan of the spit-toe design. I think they look really classy. You’ve got enough Chukka for the time being… these one look a bit elongated which add an elegant effect to the shoes.

I have to agree, as much as I love them, that there are probably enough chukkas in the house. The balmoral or the stitched split toe would both be nice, though my guess is that the latter would have wider appeal. You know, all those people that can’t afford the Dover and find Alden’s lasts too clunky.
